Doctor Londino
Film 2600
I. We discussed this movie in class and from the first day I was looking forward to watching this film and not only because it was the last day of class, but because everyone talks about how big of a classic this trilogy is. I had never got the chance to watch it on my own time so I was really looking forward to this. Not only is the godfather a unanimously great movie but also are the two lead guys in here Al Pacino and Marlon Brando are certainly in everyones top ten actors of all times list.
The article asks Al Pacino ten questions and has him answer it. One of which was how does he feel that everytime someone famous is showcasing their house they have some sort of scarface memobrilia. He said yes of course that is my most famous movie but the director Brian Depalma and the writer deserve all of the credit. In another interview I remember Leno asking him when was the first time he realized he was famous and he said once he was at a red light and he looked over as to say will this light ever change and a girl said to him hey Michael which was his role in the godfather he said he drove home and didn’t leave the house for quite some time, for some reason being famous creeped him out.
III. The article relates to the screening because the godfather was actually Al Pacino first major role. I never would of guessed what transpired how a war hero college boy

would go on to become the head of a crime family since he always stood away from that life, but somehow managed to catch on more of his fathers traits and character than the other son who was infatuated with becoming the Don Santino.
IV. Overall this was a phenomenal movie by far the best one weve seen all semester. This has got me wanting to watch other gangster movies such as scarface, Bronx tale, casino and so on. The crazy thing about the godfather is that I heard the sequel is actually ever better which I find incredible since the first one is such a classic and sequels are normally watered down versions of the original designed to make more money.
